Gramp’s Kitchen – Corn Fritters

Corn Fritters

2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup milk
1 cup flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
¾ c whole Kernel corn, drained

Beat eggs well with sugar & add milk, dry ingredients, and corn. Drop by spoon full into deep fat & fry until evenly browned. Drain on paper towel
