Gramp’s Kitchen – Whipped Cottage Cheese

Whipped Cottage Cheese
Is a base for many dips – also great on top of spuds

1 cup creamed 4% milk cottage cheese
¼ cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar

Blend until smooth add additional ingredients refrigerate 2 hours
