Gramp’s Kitchen – Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast Burrito

4 flour tortilla
4 eggs
1 large diced tomato
½ lb sausage
1 large potato peeled and grated
1 cup grated cheese

Cook sausage, add potato and cook till brown, drain, warm tortilla, scramble eggs. Divide all ingredients evenly on 4 tortillas. Season with salsa and salt & pepper, and fold and serve.
