Breakfast Smoothies

One of my favorite things to eat for breakfast is a smoothie.

1/2 Cup of plain Greek yogurt.
1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1 apple
3 to 5 strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
Handful of spinach
6 unsalted almonds

Blend well and enjoy. You honestly can not taste the spinach.
