English Muffin Bread

Ingredients:

2 1/2cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 cups warm milk (120° to 130°)
1/4 cup warm water (120° to 130°)
Cornmeal (to sprinkle on)

Mix in bread machine according to manufactures directions. Place in pan (its really sticky don’t bother kneading) and sprinkle with cornmeal.

Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until golden brown
