Buster Bar Desert
1 regular size package of Oreo Cookies
½ Cup melted margarine
½ gal softened ice cream
12-16 oz salted Spanish peanuts
Combine crushed cookies with margarine. Press in bottom of 9 x 13” greased pan. Spoon ice cream over crumb mixture and spread with peanuts. Place in freezer while preparing topping.
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup margarine
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 large can evaporated milk
Combine indigents in a pan and heat until chips melt. Bring to boil and simmer 10 -15 mins. Let cool. Pour over desert and freeze until firm
