Chicken Alfredo Sauce

1 package Angel Hair Pasta
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 clove of minced garlic
1 pint of heavy cream
1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
1/4 Tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 chicken boneless skinless breasts

Cut up your boneless chicken breasts into small pieces and cook in frying pan. I cook mine in olive oil and sprinkle with dried basil. You can also skip the chicken all together.

Start boiling water for your pasta.

In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes, then add in heavy cream and cream cheese and heat until bubbling, but do not boil. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
