Gramp’s Kitchen – Oven Caramel Corn

Oven Caramel Corn

2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Ole
½ Cups White Corn Syrup
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon soda
5-7 quarts popped popcorn

Preheat oven 225 degrees. Bring sugar, ole, salt, & syrup tp boil. Remove from heat add vanilla & soda. Pour over popcorn. Bake for 45 mins. Stir occasionally add toasted peanuts.
