Brittany’s Famous Cranberry Relish
Yield: 50 – 2 oz portions
- Quarter and core 3 lbs of apples
- Grind together the 3lbs of apples, 3 whole oranges, 2 lbs of fresh cranberries add and mix well 3 ¼ cups of sugar.
- Allow to set for at least one hour in the refrigerator before serving
