Gramp’s Kitchen – Cheese Cake

Cheese Cake

Crust:
2 Cups Graham Crackers
6 Tablespoons Sugar
½ Cup Margarine

Put some in a 9 x 13 pan saving some for the top. Bake for 8 minutes

Filling:
1 Cup Sugar
2 – 8 oz Packages of cream cheese
2 Teaspoons vanilla
1 Cup cream
6 teaspoons lemon juice
12 oz cool whip

Beat until fluffy pour on crust
