Gramp’s Kitchen – Knickle Bread

Knickle Bread

3 Eggs Beaten
1 ½ Cup Sugar
2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Cup Lard (melt & cool)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon soda (in buttermilk)
5 – 6 Cups flour

Use more flour to knead and for rolling out. Roll thin. Prick holes all over to get bubbles out. Bake in oven until golden brown at 350 degrees
