Norwegian Meat Balls

Meat Balls:
2 ½ lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
½ Teaspoon Allspice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of cloves
1 ½ Cups of Milk

Mix Well and roll into balls the size of a walnut. Place in a baking pan sides touching and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove and add to a prepared milk gravy.

Gravy:
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups of milk
A few drops of beef – flavored gravy concentrate
